After the Professor Gabriele stancato’s lecture in the first class, I have a new understanding of parametric design. It is not only a way to express architectural form, but also a starting point for design. Parametric design and architectural design are an alliance, just like the relationship between “form and function”. By studying this course, I hope I can not only learn a 3D modeling software, but also balance the relationship between “architectural design (design concept)” and “parametric design”. Maybe in the future, “parametric design” will become the leading of my “architectural design”.
